Print Plainly: 4-H and Youth entries may enter the same animal in 1 youth show plus the open show.  Must be entered in the name of individual, not farm name.  No exhibit may be removed prior to 9:00 pm on Sat , without authorization of the executive committee.  Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of any premium won by exhibitor for exhibits removed.

To fill out entry form, write in Dept. Number, Section Number, ID Number and amount of first premium.  Add the breed number to the ID number for the class.  For example: if the breed is Arabian (200) and class is Stallion Foal (4), you would add 200 + 4 there fore the ID number would be 204, if no breed is listed, use class number only.
